provide neutral advice on professional opportunities
with various employers and commercial undertakings |

To provide the
player with knowledge and guidance to ensure
they are aware of where they are heading
with their rugby career and have a ‘game
plan’ with contingency plans built
into it. |

To manage and
mentor players through their professional
career’s and assist to build a plan
for life after professional sport. All professional
rugby players regardless of their level
should be well positioned for a career outside
of rugby once their playing days are over. |

opportunities such as personal sponsorship
and endorsements are maximised. |

To provide ongoing
support and where appropriate to use networks
to ensure both sport and non related issues
are managed effectively; i.e arranging media
training and arranging financial, investment
